Do you offer catering?

We work closely with many local caterers to offer a variety of different catering options. In addition, if you wish to supply your own catering let us know. We’ll work with their team to find the best solutions for prep and service areas.

Can I bring my own alcohol?

We are a liquor primary establishment. In the province of BC, every drop of alcohol sold in liquor primary venues must be purchased by the venue, through BC Liquor Distribution. If you have a special request, our team will be happy to help you order special product.

Can I have a special cocktail for my event?

Have an idea in mind for a unique cocktail to add that extra touch to your event? Our team is happy to help concoct something special for your event.

What about music for my event?

Our team is experienced at ensuring background music contributes to the perfect environment for your event. We are also happy to help setup your playlist in our sound system. If you are looking to take things to the next level, we can also recommend some of the best DJ’s, musicians and bands in our community in any genre or style you’d like.

Can I decorate the space? What about lights?

We are open to working with you on any plans to decorate the space. Please let us know what you would like to do, and we will do our best to accommodate. We also have professional stage lighting available to help enhance your event.

I want to document the event. Do you know any good photographers or videographers?

Yes! We work with some of the best photographers and videographers in the city. We can help book one of them for your event.

I need to project something. Can you help with that?

Yes! We have a giant movie screen in the theatre space and a professional quality projector. Files can be brought on a USB drive or shared with us online (Dropbox, OneDrive, etc). Please ensure your video or photo files are of the highest resolution possible. If you have questions regarding your presentation, quality or how to format it please contact us and we will assist you in preparing the best visual experience.
